Leading up to the event, the staff were professional and easy to deal with. - TERMS & CONDITIONS Thankyou for choosing Pippi s At The Point Hotel to celebrate your wedding. Could you please read the following terms and conditions and sign at the bottom of the page to acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions. ROOM HIRE The hire fee for the function room is $450. Your booking will not be secured until this fee is paid. FOOD & BEVERAGE No food or drinks including soft drinks are permitted to be brought into the hotel with the exception of celebration cakes. This includes dips, cheeses etc. Prices quoted are current but are subject to change due to produce availability, season etc. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements. All bar accounts must be paid for on the night. A copy of your credit card will be required as security. 14 days prior to your function you must confirm the numbers of guests attending, advise the coordinator of your food selection and pay for your food selection in full. ENTERTAINMENT Entertainment can be provided by you in the form of live music, DJ, juke box or other forms of entertainment approved by hotel management. Smoke and bubble machines are not permitted ROOM DECORATION Room set up times must be negotiated with and approved by the function coordinator. If you wish to decorate walls please use bluetac. Sticky tape is not allowed. Confetti and glitter are not allowed. DAMAGE TO THE FUNCTION ROOM OR OTHER PARTS OF THE HOTEL Function organisers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the function room or any other part of the hotel or any surrounding part of the hotel by their guests, delegates, employees or agents before, during and after the function.
