Terms and Conditions: 1. R 5000 Booking Deposit is required to confirm the date of the function for weddings. All damages and breakages are deducted from this deposit before it is refunded after the wedding. This deposit is not refundable with cancellations. 2. R 1000 Confirmation Deposit is required for all other types of functions at Boschrand Lodge. (Excluding Weddings as per no. 1 in this document) 3. This document is not a quotation. To receive a formal quote please email the completed document to info@boschrandlodge.co.za 4. Final quotation must be signed and submitted 30 days prior to booking date. Once the final quotation has been signed and accepted by the client, all arrangements and guest numbers are final. The client is responsible for the full outstanding amount. Regardless of cancellations by your guests. 5. No products or services will be rendered without full payment 14 days before the booking date. 6. All guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of Boschrand Lodge as per the Sign at our entrance and our check in forms. 7. All prices are in SA Rand and inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change. Notice will be given. 8. All selected products are subject to availability and substitutions will be offered in place of unavailable products. 9. A detailed program or time schedule of the function must be supplied 14 days prior to booking. 10. All Guests must vacate the Venue strictly at 12:00 Midnight. Last rounds at the bar is called @ 23:30 and bar closes @ 23:45. A R 1000 penalty will be deducted from your deposit for every 30minutes that guests are inside the function hall after 12:00. It remains the responsibility of the clients to remove guests from the venue before the penalty time. 11. Boschrand Lodge accepts no responsibility for damages, theft, breakages etc. to any items supplied by the client. 12. All Décor and Hire Equipment supplied by the client must be removed from the venue before 10:00am the next day. 13. The Client is responsible for any & all damages and breakages, including but not limited to, any equipment, cutlery, crockery, dekor, linen, furniture, fixtures, etc. 14. A R1000 Cleanup fee can be deducted from your deposit if the Boschrand Premises are littered with trash after functions. 15. Boschrand Lodge reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises that do not abide by the rules and regulations of Boschrand Lodge without refunds. 16. Buffet times must be discussed with your function coordinator. Buffets are open for 1.5 hours only. After the buffet closes, no food will be served to any guest that did not dish up in the selected time frame. No Take Always will be given to any guests. Buffet food can not be served as room service. Left over food items remain the property of Boschrand Lodge after the buffet closes. 17. The function hall will only be available at 12:00 Noon on the day of the function for photographs. Some items and décor will not be set up at that time as some of the setup must be done just before the guest arrive. 18. No Smoking inside the Function Hall or Any Buildings. Designated smoking areas are provided. 19. Speed Limit on the Premises are 20km/h as there are wild animals on the premises that move between the buildings and on the roads. 20. Guests are not allowed to bring Alcohol /Drink or Food Items into the Venue, Function Hall or Restaurant unless the items were discussed with your function coordinator beforehand. Boschrand Lodge reserves the right to confiscate and dispose of the food or drink items when discovered. 21. Champagne Corks are not allowed to be shot into the air at the venue as there are open glass light fixtures in the ceiling. For any questions or queries you can consult your function coordinator.
