Let cook for 10 minutes. Then add blackberries and cook for 5 minutes. Add red wine, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Let reduce until desired thickness is reached. Score skin side of duck breasts. Place skin side down in medium/high heat sauté pan. Render fat then flip, cooking about 4 minutes on each side. Pull duck breast off heat and let rest about 4 minutes before slicing. Slice & top with Blackberry Jam.
