Our 2 nd floor German style beer hall is an ideal location for a birthday, rehearsal dinner, or company meeting. The catering selections included in this package are suggestions created by our chef to give you a taste of the delicious gastropub cuisine Tin Man Brewing Co. has to offer. Our catering staff is available to assist with your special requests in tailoring a menu for your special event. Our private room accommodates a seated capacity of 80 people. POLICIES RESERVATIONS / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT Tin Man Brewing Co. requests that all events be booked no less than 10 days prior to the event date. We will do everything possible to provide service and accommodations for catering requests received with less than 10 days notice. However, please be aware some requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to the limited time frame. All events require cost of room rental for deposit. To insure accommodations for catered and private events, all events must have a signed event contract at the time of the room reservation. Event deposits are non-refundable. All events require a credit card number on file. Full payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by management or noted in contract, must be paid 3 days prior to the event (This does not include hosted alcohol by the glass). NUMBER OF ATTENDEES The number of attendees must be confirmed with the event staff 10 days prior to event. If the number of attendees exceeds the original confirmation, a surcharge of $100 will be applied to the total bill. CANCELLATIONS The host booking the event must submit all cancellation requests in writing. All event cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days prior to the event. If cancellation is made after the 10 days, full cost of the event is due. REQUEST OF ANY CHANGE IN EVENT Changes made to the event arrangements must be made 10 days prior to the event (Includes number of people, time, menu changes, floor arrangements, etc.). Changes made after 10 days may be refused and cost will reflect arrangements made on the agreement 10 days prior. RIGHT OF REFUSAL Tin Man Brewing Co. reserves the right to decline, at any time, the hosting of an event (public, private, or otherwise) within the event space. Reasons for refusal are Tin Man Brewing Co. management decisions and do not have to be disclosed to the host attempting to book the event. SERVER/BARTENDER CHARGES Labor charges cover the cost of bartenders/servers. Charges include a 30-minute set up fee and a 30-minute clean up fee. Charges are $20*/hour per bartender/server. *This covers cost. This is not a gratuity. TAX EXEMPT Any guest or organization seeking non-for-profit rates must qualify as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(C) (3) or other tax-exempt sections of the Internal Revenue Code and must submit a copy of current letter of exemption/ tax exempt certification to the Tin Man Brewing Co. General Manager. If this certification is not provided, staff will be obligated to collect state tax & charge standard rate. Certification must be received 10 days prior to the event.

POLICIES ALCOHOL PROVIDED BY OUTSIDE SOURCES Tin Man Brewing Co. requires the use of in-house staff and the use of bars within the event space at a rate of a bartender/server fee. (This is not a gratuity.) Outside catering services may not be used. Guests may not provide their own bar, staff, or alcohol from outside the company. DECORATIONS No decorations may be taped, nailed, stapled, affixed, or drilled to event space unless event management has given prior approval. Confetti is not allowed at any event. A clean-up fee of $50 will be added if this policy is not adhered to. Table clothes may be provided with charge of cleaning fee according to size. Pricing provided upon request. Damages incurred to any rented materials will be charged to the credit card on file. PARKING Parking is available on the east side of Tin Man Brewing Co. and in the back of the building in the gravel lot. Parking is also available at the west side location of the building after 4pm Monday through Friday and any time Saturday and Sunday. AGE All ages are welcome at Tin Man Brewing Co. Children 12 and under must be accompanied at all times with an adult. Children are required to stay out of areas designated for 21 years of age or older. Notification of children is required to make proper accommodations. HANDICAP Tin Man Brewing Co. is handicap accessible. Notification of any handicap guests is requested to insure proper accommodations. PROJECTOR AND AUDIO Tin Man Brewing Co. has a house projector and screen that can be rented with the room. Audio is also available through the house speakers. Rental fee for projector is $20. Rental cost will be added to the cost of the total invoice and must be paid 3 days prior to event unless otherwise agreed upon by management. SMOKING Tin Man Brewing Co. is a smoke free facility. Smoking outside the premises must be at least 8 feet away from an exit. Please be respectful and utilize ash trays. TOURS Private beer tours are available for booking upon request. Each tour may include 15 people at the cost of $10 per person. The minimum amount is $100 per tour. Tours include beer tasting. Must be 21 or older to participate. Tours must be scheduled 15 days prior to the event. Due to brewing schedules we may not be able to accommodate all tour requests. BANDS Acoustic bands may be booked for an event with the approval of management. Management may refuse the right to allow any band to play at the establishment. Guests booking the band are in charge of all payment arrangements. Tin Man Brewing Co. is not responsible for any payment arrangements made with bands that are booked through the host of the event. * Tasting Room specials do not apply to upstairs events.

BEVERAGES Here at Tin Man Brewing Co. we offer a great selection of handcrafted beers, award winning wines, unlimited RC fountain products, lemonade, tea, and fresh brewed coffee. NON-ALCOHOLIC We offer all RC products, lemonade, and tea included in the cost of the room rental deposit. Regular or decaffeinated coffee is available for purchase. The cost for coffee is $2 per serving and is served in a large coffee urn. ALCOHOLIC There are many different options for hosting drinks at your next event. Whether it is purchasing kegs, running a tab, or having a cash bar, each is designed to make your Tin Man Experience great. HOSTED OPEN TAB All beverages ordered by the glass will be charged at the conclusion of the event to the provided credit card on file unless otherwise agreed upon by management. LIMITED TAB A specified amount will be allotted to the beverage tab prior to the event by the host(s). All beverages ordered by the glass will be tallied during the event until allotted amount is reached. At the conclusion of the event, the limited tab will be charged to the provided credit card unless otherwise agreed upon by management. HOSTED WITH LIMITED TIME The hosting guest decides on a time period in which they would like to have an open tab going. All beverages ordered by the glass will be charged at the conclusion of the event to the provided credit card on file unless otherwise agreed upon by management. CASH BAR Guests are responsible for purchasing their own beverages. Pints vary from $4 to $6.50. Glass of Wine $7 Bottles of Wine $24 Keg purchases are available upon request. All beer purchased in kegs is rightfully owned by the purchaser. Purchased kegs are not to leave the building, however beer in the kegs can be taken home if growlers are purchased. Growlers are $4 per 64oz. glass container.
