The capacity of Fungo Jug storage is approximately 1 000 t, equipped with efficient systems for cooling, processing, selecting and packing. The annual productions to 3 000 t. Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and plums are picked directly from ours orchards of about 20 ha. The rest of the fruit is purchased from 100 approved suppliers. Fungo Jug daily capacity is more than 40 t. Half of the products are deep frozen with liquid nitrogen while the other half is treated in the static tunnels. For product inspections the company uses Sortex electronic devices. In 2010 the company launches a new range of products under its own brand Artfood-just like home made. It is a huge rang of healthy products : cold pressed fruit juices, syrups, jams and compotes with fructose which are suitable for diabetics.
