Hello, Thank you for your interest in our products. The Dog Treat Company was born out of a passion and love for dogs no matter what type, size or breed. We made our first treats for our own dogs in 2012, little did we know back then it would not only turn into a business but, in a little over 2 years we would be making our treats from a purpose-built bakery in Devon and supplying treats worldwide! We firmly believe that quality and fun sits at the heart of everything we do; quality ingredients, quality nutrition, quality machinery and the sheer joy and fun of treating a dog with something you know is not only yummy, but made of the best human grade ingredients with no hidden nasties. Our company The Dog Treat Company is on a mission to raise the bar for top-notch, nutritionally-balanced dog treats, mirroring the welcome movement for ingredient integrity and transparency in human food. All our treats are baked in small batches using the very latest thinking in hound-friendly ingredients, that are both yummy and nutritionally balanced. We are a family-based business located on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The business was started at the beginning of 2015, and by December 2016 we moved into our new purpose-built, DEFRA approved, South Devon bakery. Wherever feasible we source locally, everything from our human grade ingredients to our labels and even technical expertise because traceability and provenance sits at the heart of our story. Above all else we re passionate about dogs of every shape, size and breed, which is why we strive to bake the best, tastiest and most nutritious dog treats in the land (quite possibly the world!). 04 Our company
