At Ribeye on Vernon we have paid particular attention to sourcing not only the best but most consistent product available. Our partnership with Teys Australia allows us to provide consistent product with a range of certified options being grainfed Riverine premium beef, grass-fed grasslands premium with no added hormones and pure angus premium grain-fed beef. Each style carries different eating qualities and these were taken into consideration when selecting the cuts, to provide optimum eating qualities. In addition to the quality eating properties, you can be confident in our product as it is traced from paddock to plate and is produced and processed under the Livestock Welfare Certified System. Our wines have been selected to complement the experience and suggestions have been made to assist you in your choice. Our Ribeye bar is open with a wide selection of drinks to suit most requirements and the team will assist you in every possible way. However, we don t want you to wait if we are busy, you are more than welcome to attend the bar where you can pay immediately or inform the staff of your table number to charge the drinks, it s that easy. We offer a cellar range of wines that are stored in a temperature controlled environment and these wines can also be decanted if that is your preference.
