Ranging from lively party nights with colleagues & friends, to private festive dinners, not forgetting our fun filled Family Christmas Day and Hogmanay Gala Ball we have an event to suit everyone. THE ANTONINE SUITE Our Grand Ball Room is truly spectacular over the festive season. With ceiling to floor twinkling lights, witness our 15ft glittering Christmas Tree take centre stage and provide the perfect back drop for any celebration for up to 200 people. THE EYRIE SUITE The Eyrie Suite is very well equipped and boasts full en-suite facilities. Tastefully decorated for the festive season, this versatile suite can comfortably hold up to 100 people. THE ROTUNDA SUITE Redesigned at the start of 2010, the Rotunda is the perfect venue for an intimate gathering. Completely private and intimate, the Rotunda can seat up to 30 people. THE BOARD ROOM The most recent addition to The Eagle Lodge, the Boardroom s sleek and contemporary design lends itself beautifully to a private meal for up to 20 people. THE ANTONINE SUITE We are delighted to welcome "Real Easy" to The Eagle Lodge for their first visit, a 5 piece band who are one of Scotland's leading function & wedding bands. With music coming from the 50's, 60's 70's, 80's, 90's and right up to current chart and of course some Ceilidh tunes for good measure there is always something for everyone. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable 10 per person deposit. All pre-payments including deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all events listed in this brochure. For Festive lunch and dinner bookings in Oregano restaurant, including Boxing Day and Hogmanay however excluding Christmas Day, the final balance may be settled on the day of the booking. Christmas Day balances must be paid in full no later than Monday 4th December. Full settlement for Christmas Day, Hogmanay and Party Night bookings in The Eagle Lodge Function Suites must be paid in full no later than Monday 4th December. Payments received cannot be exchanged for food or drink in the event of cancellation by any party member for whatever reason. At all events we will endeavour to seat parties together but it is not always possible to seat large parties at one table. This applies to both restaurant and function suite bookings. If booking a large party for any event, the lead name on the booking is responsible for ensuring that payment is made. Only payments from the lead name will be accepted, we will not accept payment from individual party members all balances must be paid in full at one time. Highchairs for all events must be pre-booked. If a meal is not being paid for a child, we cannot guarantee that a high chair be available. Guests can request to be seated in a certain area/table however bookings cannot be guaranteed in the glasshouse. It may be necessary for large party bookings in Oregano restaurant to be moved to a private function suite where this occurs parties will be notified in advance. We would strongly recommend that any party under a tight time constraint would pre-order via telephone, email or in person. During the month of December, a 10% service charge will apply to all tables of 6 or more. The Eagle Lodge cannot refund or transfer any monies due to inclement weather if customers cannot make the event, unless Eagle Lodge cancels said event. Smart Dress Code apples at all times. All live entertainment is subject to change. The Eagle Lodge reserve the right to refuse admission, regardless of monies paid. Party nights start promptly at the time advised. If anyone shows up late it is not always possible to serve them a meal, unless we are notified in advance.
