FUNCTION Welcome to the Birallee Tavern where we invite all various types of functions to join us in one of our function areas. We cater for all sized functions including birthdays, engagements, baby showers, work functions, training days, wedding receptions, wakes, meetings and any other group gatherings. We offer a variety of food and drink options including set menus, cocktail finger food or simply ordering off our Bistro menu. Here at the Birallee Tavern we like to take the stress out of your function planning and offer a relaxed environment for you and your guests to enjoy your special occasion. DECK/ MARQUEE FUNCTION FEATURES Decorate as you like Bring your own cake TV to play photos from USB (undercover side only) Bar tab/discounted drinks can be arranged for your guests Heaters on both sides for the cooler months. Blinds on the undercover side in case of rain. House music playing in the background. Relaxed vine environment. Our front deck area is available for private functions! We can do either cocktail or sit down meals. The undercover area can accommodate a maximum of 40 people. During winter we have a marquee covering the remainder of the deck which we can use for private functions of 50-60 people maximum. The entire deck can also be booked, please contact us for further details. COSTS No hire fee however a refundable deposit of $250 must be paid to secure your booking. $250 security fee for more than 50 people. All features included

FUNCTIONS DISABLED ACCESS Please keep in mind our disabled access to steamers function room is limited. Please have a look at the room before booking. DECORATIONS CAKES Unfortunately we are unable to make cakes in house, however you are more than welcome to bring your own in which we can store in our cool room. Candles are the responsibility of the guests. ELECTRONIC PHOTOS Please ensure all photos are in one file on a USB and are all in JPEG format or they will not work. We recommend coming in 48 hours before your function to check they work and are the right way around. While we encourage all our guests to decorate their function area, we ask that you arrange a time to come and decorate with the function manager and that you refrain from bringing glitter, confetti and metallic table scatters. EQUIPMENT HIRE For training days, a whiteboard, lectern, microphone and projector/ screen are available at an additional cost of $100. TEA & COFFEE STATION Can be arranged for a minimum fee of $50 (depending on numbers)

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOOD ITEMS Other than cakes and candy buffets, we do not permit any other outside food to be brought into our functions. PAYMENT Payment for food and bar tabs are to be paid on the night. However if you wish to pay prior to your function we are more than happy to accommodate. MINORS All minors are to be in the presence of their parent or guardian for the duration of the function and are not permitted to consume any alcohol unless it s one drink with a meal. DEPOSIT The $250 room hire/security fee is taken as a nonrefundable deposit. Once paid, this secures your booking, until then your booking is deemed tentative and may be booked in by another function. CANCELLATIONS We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to cancel a function. In this case we will refund your deposit. In the event that you cancel with less notice than 4 weeks, your deposit will not be returned. PERSONAL PROPERTY The Birallee Tavern holds no responsibility for lost or stolen items. It is the responsibility of the guests to check the room for belongings before leaving.

SIT DOWN MEALS BISTRO MENU You and your guests can order off our normal menu, either at their own expense or we can run a tab so all meals can be settled in the one transaction. SET MENU Upon request, we are more than happy to create an alternate drop menu for your function for either one, two or three courses. Price will depend on the type of meals you wish to have, please contact our function manager for more information. CONDENSED MENU We will happily restrict our normal bistro menu to fewer options for your function to adhere to budget requirements. Please discuss with our function manager prior to your function as to decide which items you would like on your menu.
