Winter Wonderland Party Nights The perfect way to celebrate the festive season is on one of our magical dinner dances. Your party will take place in our beautiful Filby Suite, which has its own bar, dance floor and our fabulous DJ playing all your Christmas favourites. On a Saturday night you will also have the pleasure of being entertained after dinner by solo artist Barny Holmes performing amazing covers from today & years gone by then followed by our resident DJ to party the night away. All Dinner Dance Events commence at 7.30pm and finish at 12am (midnight). Christmas Break New Year Break Monday 24th December 2018 3 night break 225 per person in a double or twin room (single occupancy rooms are available and will carry a 20 supplement per night) Monday 24th December On arrival you will be greeted with tea or coffee plus a mince pie. Relax in our bar or your bedroom before dinner where chef has prepared a mouth watering menu for you to choose from before settling in for a night cap before the end of the night. Tuesday 25th December Start the day off with a full English breakfast, but don t forget to leave room for your three course Christmas carvery lunch which is served in our restaurant. The Queen s speech will be on in our lounge where you can enjoy a glass of mulled wine before settling in to a light buffet dinner. Wednesday 26th December Enjoy a relaxing breakfast then the morning is yours, why not take a trip into the city centre for the sales or simply relax in our lounge. Boxing day lunch is served in our restaurant, with a light buffet dinner served again in the evening. Monday 31st December 2018 2 night break 199 per person in a double or twin room (single occupancy rooms are available and will carry a 20 supplement per night) Monday 31st December 2018 Arrive at the hotel & be greeted with tea or coffee. Spend the afternoon relaxing in our lounge or your bedroom before joining us for our New Year s Eve gala ball. Tuesday 1st January 2019 Enjoy a late breakfast which is served until 11am. Spend the rest of the day either relaxing in our lounge or why not take a trip into the city centre or to one of the coastal towns to blow the cobwebs away from the night before.. Return to the hotel where dinner will be served in our restaurant, where The Chef has designed something special for you to choose from. Wednesday 2nd January 2019 Relax and enjoy a late breakfast until 10.30am with check out extended until 12pm for you. Bookings for dinner dance dates during November and December Call to make a booking on 01603 741161 or for more information email events@brookhotel.co.uk A 10.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking and full payment must be received 14 days prior to event date. Please note that bookings for parties of less than 6 people may be allocated party seating. Once full payment has been made, any cancellation must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event date in order to secure a refund - less the original deposit.
