Please Note: JARWARE was designed to use the existing metal band of Ball jars. The plastic used for our JARWARE items and the size of the band can vary ever so slightly during production. These small variations can sometimes compound and make certain items easier to snap in, or vice versa harder to snap in. Because some of the liquid JARWARE items such as the Tea Steeper need to have a tight fit, we designed on the tighter side. If you are having difficulty snapping JARWARE into the Ball band, simply run the band over hot water for 30-60 seconds and your JARWARE should snap right in!
