BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. AVAILABILTY - Please contact our Christmas Co-ordinators to check availability of rooms and tables on the date you require. 2. CONFIRMATION/ALTERATIONS - To guarantee your booking, written confirmation should be sent within 7 days of original reservation, enclosing your deposit. Any amendments must be confirmed in writing. Additional space is subject to availability. 3. DEPOSIT - We require a deposit of 10.00 per person for all party nights and Christmas Day Lunch. 5.00 deposit for Christmas Fayre and 100.00 deposit on all residential packages. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. PARTY NIGHTS - Full payment and menu options are required 10 days prior to the event. 5. CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL - In the event that the Hotel has to cancel any event or package, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be given. 6. THE HOTEL - We reserve the right to change or amend any of the content, menus or prices in this brochure should circumstances demand. The hotel reserves the right to refuse undesirable person/s. 7. THE PARTY ORGANISER - The Party Organiser undertakes not to bring beverages or food onto the premises and not cause or permit any of their guests or invitees to do so. 8. THE PARTY ORGANISER - The Party Organiser undertakes to conduct their function in an orderly manner in full compliance with the rules and directions of the hotel management and all applicable legislation. The client assumes responsibility for damage caused by them or any guests, invitees, or other persons attending the function, whether in the room reserved or in any other part of the hotel and undertakes to pay good, or pay restitution for, the making good of any material damage to furniture, fixtures or equipment and any damage caused by persons working on behalf during set-up or dismantling of equipment used by them. Nothing should be affixed to the floors, walls, ceilings or columns at the allocated room, by nails, screws, drawing pins, tape, blue tack, or any other means or be suspended from the rooms. 9. CHILDREN - Under the age of 18 are not permitted into the party nights. All other children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. 10. FINAL NUMBERS - Final Numbers should be notified 10 days prior to the event. These numbers will form the basis of your account unless more attend.
