The story 1920: Founded by Alexandre BORDE in Saugues, originally in the butter industry. 1939: First mushrooms order shipped to the United States. 1963: Alexandre son, Gerard, takes over the company and gives it an international scale. 1992: Purchase of its main competitor (Conserverie du VELAY). 1993: Join a sales force «Independent French Manufacturers» to market their products in the US. 1996-1997: Construction of new state of the art factory when Alain Borde took over the company 2003: BRC and IFS certifications. 2009: Construction of a frozen warehouse and factory. 2013: New line for red berries and mushrooms in PP jars, a revolutionary packaging in the Wild Mushrooms business. 2015: Construction of a new warehouse for storage Launching of the Mushrooms Coulis range and the Retail Prestige range

Production A modern and competitive production site. Yearly production: 3 000T of preserved mushrooms, 260T of dried mushrooms, 180T of red berries, 450T of frozen mushrooms. 15 000 m² of factory and outdoor storage. In 2009: construction of a new frozen facility, including a storage capacity of 900 pallets. In 2012: extension of the dried mushrooms unit. In 2013: set up of a new PP jar line for preserved mushrooms and berries.
