The Hilton s Ultimate and Deluxe Packages include the following amenities: Wedding Consultation Pre Wedding consultation with our experienced Wedding Coordinator, who will guide you through the wedding planning. Consultations also include a food tasting and a meeting one week prior to your wedding to review details of your reception. Dinner Service As the host, you may pre select two entrées for your guests selection Vegetarian meals are by request You will need a count for each entrée at the time the number of guaranteed attendance is due and place cards will be necessary to designate each guest s entrée selection The prevailing priced entrée will be applied to all entrées ordered. Champagne Toast We are pleased to serve your guests a champagne toast, one glass per guest Non alcoholic sparkling cider is available upon request Candlelight Votive candles will be provided to decorate each guest table
