Non- refundable deposit of 10.00 per person is due to secure the booking (one cheque is appreciated i.e no individual cheques from all attendees). 3. Full payment for any function is required before the 1st November 2018. 4. All bookings are subject to availability. 5. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together where possible. We will not accept individual table plans. 6. If pre-order wine is out of stock, we will replace with a wine that is similar or better quality. 7. We reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time. 8. Under no circumstances are deposits, part-payments or full payments refundable except in the event of point 7.
