Any discrepancy should be noted at the time of check-in and the driver will write up a Request For Adjustment (RFA). After any discrepancy is written up, the signed invoice indicates that the invoice is correct. Any dispute of a signed invoice may result in a credit denial. Please provide invoice number, item number, quantity, and a description of the request. The credit will be subject to verification by inventory control. Please note: The drivers will pick up product only with an arranged pick-up request. To ensure the best product quality for our customers, VISTAR Corporation cannot accept returns for frozen, refrigerated or pastry product other than at the time of delivery.
