WHISKY SINGLE MALT spirits Some may prefer Whisky (distilled in Scotland) or Whiskey (Distilled in Ireland and America). We enjoy them all. The Single Malts mostly associatedwith Scotland, although can be produced in other countries. COGNAC CAPE BRANDY Cognac named after the town of Cognac in France is a variety of brandy. It is produced in the wine growing region surrounding the town from which it takes its name. As in Champagne, only these brandies from Cognac are able to carry the name. In South Africa it is known as Brandy and is enjoyed in many different ways.
