Innovative Design Made in Italy Although every element can be fully dismantled, the entire chassis is designed to be free of visible nuts, bolts and welds for a clean-cut and linear look. Available in Umbra Grey and RAL 7030 Stone Grey colours. We want to ensure our products are of maximum quality. The entire chassis is made in zinc-magnesium coated steel, a material which will not be affected by oxidation. THE TYPICAL ITALIAN STYLE GRILL The chimney barbecue is the perfect means of cooking food in typical Italian style: the Italian Style Grill. The embers are produced naturally straight from the wood used for fuel, but charcoal and briquettes can also be used. INALTERABILITY AND STABLE TEMPERATURES THANKS TO REFRACTORY BRICKS The parts of the cooking surface that come in contact with the fire are covered with refractory bricks, which create a structure that is unaltered by heat and able to keep the operating temperature stable. The ease with which these elements are replaced is supported by expansion joints that prevent cracks and breakages from forming. THE HOOD: AN ACCESSORY WITH NO COMPROMISES IN TERMS OF QUALITY Extensive studies into fluid dynamics on which the hood design is based, have made it possible to create an element that can entirely eliminate the combustion gasses generated during use. Inside there is an element that acts as a counter hood, necessary to dissipate the heat and to safeguard the external paint finish. 8 9
