1.0 Products ORGANIC DESICCATED COCONUT Desiccated coconut is made from the white coconut flesh, where it is simply dehydrated and grated without the use of preservatives, additives or sweeteners. It is dairy free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, has a low glycaemic index, which helps to promote healthy blood sugar levels. Desiccated coconut is widely used in the food industry due to its unique flavour and blending properties. It is rich in a number of essential nutrients, including manganese, copper, and iron.
