THE DETAILS Food & Beverage Guarantee A final guarantee is required by 11:00am, 3 business days (72 hours) before your event. Once confirmed, this guarantee cannot be reduced. Catering Food & Beverage Minimums Cost may vary based on menu selection, assigned function space and season. Menu prices are exclusive of the 22% service charge and 7.95% sales tax. Guestroom Accommodations Sleeping room arrangements may be made through a Group Sales Manager. Bridal Changing Room is available on the day of your wedding. Ceremony Rehearsals Rehearsals are scheduled for a duration of one hour. Rehearsal times are booked thirty (30) days prior to your wedding. Location may vary based on availability. Multiple Entrée Requests We are happy to allow your guests a choice of entrée. Please provide us with a detailed count upon your 72 hour confirmation deadline. You must also provide place cards with meal selections noted.
