*Capacity is estimated for banquet style seating only and will vary depending on the type of room setup that is requested. **This fee is for rental of the Theatre space only and includes one Technical attendant. Additional fees will be charges to the User for a percentage of gross ticket receipts and/or ticket processing fees as well as any additional optional charges for extra equipment or staffing needs. Any event that begins or ends between the hours of 5:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM on Monday will be assessed at the weekend/holiday rates. Mornings are defined as any Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Evenings are defined as any Monday thru Thursday beginning after 3:00 PM. Holiday rates shall be applied to the following holidays: New Year s Eve & Day; Martin Luther King Day; Good Friday; Easter; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve & Day. In the event that a holiday falls on the weekend, 10% will be added to the weekend rate. Rental fees include: Heating/Cooling, Room setup and teardown, Basic lighting, Standard sound system with microphone, one event attendant (8 hours max per day), Tables & Chairs.
