Perfect for chilling pitchers and glasses or storing pre-made nibbles and desserts. Its superior insulation properties keep beverages at optimal drinking temperature for longer. Dishwasher Safe Strahl products can be cleaned in both residential and commercial ware washing systems and withstand high temperature sanitising cycles with ease. Safe to clean in both top and bottom residential washing racks. Strength Proudly serve your guests with crystal-like beverageware without the worry of breakage. Strahl beverageware does not shatter, reducing any liability by eliminating exposure to broken glass, making it an ideal and extremely safe alternative to glass. The longer than glass life span also reduces reorder frequency saving dollars not only on costs but ordering, receiving in, and preparing glasses for use. All Strahl products undergo a unique hand finishing, post mold process which helps extend the lifespan and durability of the products. Strahl Product Guarantee Strahl guarantees products will be free from defect or damage due to faulty or defective materials, workmanship or manufacturing. This guarantee does not extend to fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or handling. If your purchase is unsatisfactory due to faulty or defective materials, workmanship or manufacturing, please return the product with the original proof of purchase to the supplier where the product was first purchased from. How to care for your Strahl product Strahl beverageware is made from an incredibly strong material called polycarbonate. Polycarbonate has some unique properties and requires slightly different handling to standard glassware. Follow these simple rules to ensure your Strahl maintains its crystal clarity: Avoid stacking your Strahl beverageware whilst carrying or storing. Polycarbonate products are incredibly tough so will scratch other polycarbonate products if allowed to rub together. (Such damage is not covered by our product guarantee) Wash your Strahl beverageware in the dishwasher or by hand with warm soapy water to remove residues from juice, milk, stout etc. Sterilising in a glass steriliser may result in a build-up of residue over time. Polycarbonate may be scratched if cleaned with abrasive brushes. (Such damage is not covered by our product guarantee.) Buffing with microfiber glass polishing cloths will remove light scratches and abrasions. The Strahl Da Vinci range of beverageware has a threaded join that should not be unscrewed.
