This packet if for your viewing at your leisure, we hope it will give you a nice overview of not only who we are but what we offer. We at Elegant Touch take pride in offering our clients a unique experience and not a cookie cutter package. This means we want each couple to showcase their unique tastes and interests in their menu and not pick a package pre-designed for every client that walks through our door. We have attached some sample menus, however they are used primarily as a jumping off point for you to visualize what your day can be like. Elegant Touch has the honor of working at the best venues in the Capital District and surrounding areas. Everything is prepared in our kitchens and finished on site to give you and your guests the highest quality food presented in style. We work with each client to prepare the perfect floor plan to optimize flow of your day Bar packages are created to fit your budget and tastes, from unique signature drinks to craft beer tastings we can offer something for everyone We will be working closely with you from the first arrival to the last guest departure to ensure your day runs smoothly We have the pleasure of working with the area s top bands, DJ s, florists and more to offer you a complete day ET offers an array of specialty items such as linens, chair covers, chargers, unique display items, chargers and table top ideas to create the WOW factor when your guests walk in. 2

DINNER AND RECEPTION To better help you understand the different types of service we offer we have provided this description of each type of service. SIT DOWN RECEPTION A sit down reception can be as formal or informal as you may want. From fine linens to glass chargers we can create the reception that showcases your unique style. A sit down reception can vary from 2 to 5 courses and be as simple as house salad and chicken marsala to surf and turf with a pallet cleansing course and wine paring. It s all up to your imagination STATION WEDDING There are two types of station weddings we offer. The first is a true station and offers 8-10 passed hors d oeuvres and 4-8 station options. This is for the couple who is not looking for the conventional reception and would like more of a cocktail reception feel to their day. Guests take their time and mingle through the stations throughout the night. The second type of station wedding would be the buffet station. This takes a traditional buffet feel and breaks it up into 2 or 3 tables. This type of station breaks up the flow of the event so that it runs smoother. FAMILY STYLE RECEPTION This type of reception has gained a lot of buzz in the last few years with the rise of family style restaurants. We offer many options for this type of reception from our Lazy Susan Tuscan option to our Nautical Reception. While family style may seem simpler and relaxed, in order to execute it properly and insure proper food quantities this option can be more pricy. BUFFET WEDDING This is for clients that want to offer their guests a variety of menu choices. The common misconception about buffets is that they are less expensive than a sit down wedding. When you are offering a variety of entree selections it means there is more preparation and choices and food is not pre-counted. Each guest needs to be guaranteed at least one of everything so many times this option can run more than a sit down. The presentation of a buffet is usually what attracts clients to this type of service. Our displays are customized to your theme and colors and definitely provide that WOW effect. ALL OF OUR MENU ITEMS ARE PREPARED IN HOUSE FROM OUR HORS D OEUVRES TO SPREADS TO DESSERTS WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING FRESHLY MADE ITEMS. WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE PREPACKAGED, FROZEN PRODUCTS FROM OUR KITCHEN. OUR RECIPES ARE ALL CREATED BY KIMBERLY AND SOME OF OUR RECIPES HAVE BEEN PASSED DOWN FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION.
