Please call early as ders and deliveries are limited. Minimum der f delivery is $250 befe tax and delivery. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express is required with all ders. DEADLINES & IMPORTANT TIMES All Thanksgiving ders must be confirmed by Saturday, November 17th at 2:00pm Additions, changes deletions to Thanksgiving ders must be made befe Saturday, November 17th at 2:00pm Orders may be picked-up on from our Mton Grove office on Wednesday, November 21st between 10:00am until 3:00pm Orders may be picked-up from Banner Day Camp in Lake Fest on Thursday, November 22nd between 9:00am until 2:00pm Deliveries will take place on Wednesday, November 21st, 11:00am until 4:00pm and Thursday, November 22nd between 9:00am until 3:00pm SPECIAL ORDERS F the Thanksgiving holiday, we are sry that we are unable to take special ders, prepare foods from other menus package foods in vessels other than described on the menu. DELIVERY DETAILS Delivery is additional, based on location, and will take place within a minimum 3 hour time frame. We are sry, but due to the volume of ders that need to be delivered in a small amount of time we are unable to accommodate special time frame requests closer to s. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your der will be delivered at the end of the driver s route near after 3:00pm and you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
