We have worked together to strengthen dietary values in food by increasing energy and protein values which are particularly important for nutritionally vulnerable patients. We have reduced allergens across all categories by removing dairy and gluten from many of our meals allowing you to create a specialist diet menu suitable for all patients. E FORK MASHABLE MEALS Energy dense The high quality of our ingredients and cooking methods mean we can achieve high nutritional standards. All of the meat and fish is minced and we use no vegetables with skins, such as peas and sweetcorn. As the name suggests, the meals can be mashed down with a fork if required. Presented in 360g, three compartment trays with 160g of the main dish and 100g of each of the accompanying vegetables. No hidden surprises When we use salt, which we do sparingly, it is always sea salt. When we use egg it is always free range. When we use potato it is always real potato, not reconstituted.
