Overnight Stay Christmas Party Rates If you are holding your Christmas Event here at the Lee Wood Hotel, you will be entitled to take advantage of our preferential Christmas rates. In order to book your room, simply call the hotel on 01298 23002 and quote that you are attending a Christmas Party. You will be offered discounted room rates as follows: Standard Double 91.50 B&B Executive Double 111.00 B&B Junior suite 139.50 B&B Rooms are fully payable at the time of booking and this payment is nonrefundable and non-transferable less than 7 weeks prior to arrival. All rates are subject to availability. 7
Terms and Conditions 1. All bookings are deemed provisional until a minimum nonrefundable per person deposit of 15.00 is paid at which time we will confirm your booking. Pro-visional bookings are generally held for 48 hours or up to a maximum of 7 days by individual arrangement which in all cases will be in writing, by fax or email. 2. Additional guests may be booked subject to availability and deposits being received. Cancellation charges will apply if your final numbers fall below 75% of the original numbers booked and we have not been advised of this possibility at least 6 weeks prior to the event. 3. Full payment for the numbers booked must be received by the hotel a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. Reductions in numbers after this time will not receive any refund. 4. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used to cover any other expenses such as beverages, accommodation etc. 5. Final numbers with menu choices must be received by the hotel a minimum 14 days prior to the event. 6. Where bookings are made for and/or on behalf of companies and that company has agreed to participate in all or a part of the costs and that any credit arrangements are required a duly authorised letter must be sent to the hotel stating clearly the exact 8 arrangements. Companies are also required to follow the schedule of payments unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. If for any reason (e.g lack of demand) the hotel has to cancel an event you may be offered an alternative evening or a full refund. The hotel will not be liable for any other costs. 8. The hotel, its owners, management, employees, contracted agents will not be held responsible for any resultant consequences of misadventure, misbehaviour or other risks resulting from irresponsible and/or avoidable actions or accidents by hosts, organisers or their guests. 9. The hotel does not allow the consumption of any food or drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, that has not been purchased on the premises. The hotel will remove any drink or food if found and reserves the right to ask any individual and/or group to vacate the premises with immediate effect. 10. The hotel will remove from its premises any person causing or being involved in anti-social behaviour. 11. The hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or change its terms and conditions from time to time and without notice.
