2013 SAUVIGNON BLANC Our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard is nestled in Santa Barbara s rolling hills. The cool ocean air and abundant fog of Santa Barbara County allow Sauvignon Blanc grapes to ripen slowly and evenly while developing complex tropical flavors and crisp acidity. Reductive style winemaking keeps the fresh, fruit-forward flavors of the grape intact during the winemaking process by keeping the juice void of oxygen exposure. 100% non-malolactic fermentation maintains the wine s delicate varietal flavors and crisp acidity. SeaGlass Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cold temperatures to retain the grape s natural tropical flavors. The wine is bottled early and sealed with a Stelcap closure to preserve the wine s freshness. 2014 SeaGlass Wine Company, St. Helena, CA 94574 MS13226 Our Sauvignon Blanc has pronounced aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. 2012 UNOAKED CHARDONNAY Our 585 acre Los Alamos Chardonnay vineyard is nestled in Santa Barbara s rolling hills, a climate considered by many to be ideal for Burgundian varietals. The cool ocean air and abundant fog of Santa Barbara County allow Chardonnay grapes to ripen slowly and evenly while developing delicate, complex flavors and crisp acidity. To complement and preserve the fruit s vibrant coastal character, the wine is made in a completely un-oaked style. It is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks and does not go through malolactic fermentation, which preserves the pure flavors of the fruit. The result is a final blend that combines tropical aromas and rich flavors with refreshing acidity and a vibrant mouthfeel. This Chardonnay captures the best of Santa Barbara s unique terroir. Aromas of stone fruits lead to green apple and zesty citrus fruit flavors on the palate, followed by a refreshing, lively finish. 2012 PINOT GRIGIO Sunny days and cool ocean breezes allow the grapes to ripen slowly in our pristine Santa Barbara vineyards, as they develop the bright flavors and refreshing acidity for which Pinot Grigio is so prized. We round out the flavors with a small amount of fruit from marine-influenced vineyards in Monterey County and Napa Valley. To preserve and enhance the snappy, clean fruit flavors and acidity, winemakers carefully craft our Pinot Grigio in a reductive style, protecting the juice from oxygen exposure. We avoid malolactic fermentation, and instead ferment the grapes in stainless steel tanks at cold temperatures to retain the grapes natural flavors and delicate aromas. We bottle the wine early, when the fruit flavors and aromas are at their best, and use a Stelcap closure to ensure that every glass is always fresh and delicious. 2014 SeaGlass Wine Company, St. Helena, CA MS13251 SeaGlass Pinot Grigio beautifully showcases Santa Barbara s unique coastal terroir. 2012 RIESLING Our Riesling grapes thrive in the cool climate of Monterey County. The crisp coastal air and low rainfall provide a longer growing season, perfect growing conditions for Riesling. Riesling is a fantastic winemaking grape, known for its ability to maintain its varietal complexities throughout the growing season and express the nuances of its terroir beautifully. A reductive winemaking style maintains the delicate varietal flavors of peach and pear with honey on the nose. SeaGlass Riesling is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cold temperatures to retain the grape s natural flavors. The wine is bottled early and sealed with a Stelcap closure to preserve the wine s freshness. 2013 SeaGlass Wine Company, St. Helena, CA MS13227 The aromatic nose of SeaGlass Riesling shows ripe apricot, sweet peaches, tropical fruit with floral undertones. A minimalist winemaking style, free of over-manipulation, keeps the fresh, bright fruit flavors of the Pinot Noir grape intact from vineyard to bottle. 2012 CABERNET SAUVIGNON Our Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards are nestled along California s Central Coast. With a wide day-to-night temperature swing, diverse soils and a long growing season, Paso Robles is a unique wine region with optimal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Paso Robles unique growing conditions our Cabernet Sauvignon displays vibrantly ripened fruit with a vivacious flavor profile. A minimalist winemaking style, free of over-manipulation, keeps the fresh, bright fruit flavors of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape intact from vineyard to bottle. The wine was carefully aged in French and American oak barrels, providing just the right balance between varietal flavors, crisp acidity and complementary oak character.
