LETTER FROM THE CHEF Since I was young, I have always been fascinated by the culture, flavours and tastes of Asian culture. Relocating to Hong Kong at a young age allowed me to learn Cantonese and was only the starting point of my travels across Asia. I went on to learn culinary arts in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China and of course Vietnam. Upon my recent visit to Vietnam, it reinvigorated my senses towards Vietnamese cuisine and made me passionate about creating a modern with a twist, Vietnamese Menu here in London. It s all about balance in Asian culture, from Yin and Yang to the careful balance of sweet and salty, hot and cooling and fresh and fermented. Taking this into consideration our Menu has been created with balance in mind. Vietnamese cuisine has distinctive flavours and authentic fresh ingredients play an important role. Many of the dishes here at House of Ho take traditional Vietnamese flavours and use ingredients such as lemongrass, mint, cilantro, scallions and garlic chives. THE FOOD Our Vietnamese kitchen is full of colours, vibrant tastes and full of excitement! Ian Pengelley brings you the sights, the flavours and the aromas of Vietnam, straight to Fitzrovia London. Our dishes provide healthy options with simple ingredients; you can find a dish to suit any palate and most dietary requirements can be accomodated to. Our tailored events menus offer a variety of choices to suit your individual event needs. We believe in the importance of showcasing, authentic fresh ingredients straight from Vietnam. Our set menus have been designed to exhibit a selection of our best A La Carte dishes and a selection of small plates for banquet a sharing style. We understand that there are food restrictions as well as allergies, we can tailor a bespoke menu to your clients so please inform your event coordinator. Please do talk to your event manager and they d be happy to organise substitutes and replacements for specific dishes or allergies.

DRINKS Our drinks list presents a modern assortment of wines, beer and soft drinks, along with a carefully curated selection of spirits - developed to showcase smaller distilleriess, craft and small batch liquors from around the world. The wine and champagne lists have been created with revered wine consultants and the selection provides the perfect pairing to our modern Vietnamese menu. Champagne lovers will be able to choose from a beautiful vintage Champagne collection including the likes of Dom Perignon, Krug or Cristal. The cocktail list is Asian inspired and includes classics such as a Bellini and Gin Collins alongside the theatrical Ho signature cocktails such as Rumgroni and Pho Mary.

INFORMATION AND FACILITIES HOURS OF OPERATION Monday Thursday 12pm 2:30pm 6pm - 12am Friday 12pm - 2:30pm 6pm - 1am Saturday - 12pm - 1am Sunday - 12pm - 12am *Private Hire - Event times negotiable DEPOSITS To secure your booking, credit card details are required for a holding deposit of 50% of the total set menu price x number of guests. The remaining balance is due on arrival of your event. This amount is taken off the bill at the end of the night. ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS The final number of guests and set menu choice must be confirmed at least 76 hours before the confirmed time and date of your function. In the event that the guest numbers reduce from date of confirmation, you will be charged for the confirmed number of set menus and beverage packages. CANCELLATIONS Deposits will be refunded in the event of cancellation extending more than 14 days to the event date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur a non-refundable deposit. Seating plans and menu cards are available upon request all prices include VAT. Service charge of 12.5% will be added to your booking.
