TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please call one of our team on 01463 252516 or email inverness_conference@jurysinns.com to check availability and to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A deposit of 15 per person is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-tranferable. Full payment is required by 2nd November 2018. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled. Food and Wine pre-orders must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Special dietary request MUST be given with pre-order. Please be aware that food items may contain traces of nuts. Menus are correct at time of print and may be subject to changes. All bookings are subject to availability. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. A table plan with food orders by table is required with final payment. If there is a pre-ordered wine that is now out of stock, we will replace this with a similar or better quality wine. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel. Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought to the hotel by event guests or clients. Beverages will be held by our security department and returned to guests after the event. No corkage is available. Bar accounts must be set up prior to the evening with a valid credit/debit card authorisation form completed. A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understand the terms and conditions.
