the family We ve been making our cakes by hand, individually, for some 20 years now We don t use flour, or butter, or eggs, and we don t add sugar. We blend up to seven different types of premium dark chocolate, pure cocoa powder and a hint of cream. Just soft, creamy chocolate, sometimes with the addition of succulent fruit or aromatic spices. Vacuum-packed to seal in goodness and flavour for months. no flour, or eggs

ingredients & Co. We use only the finest raw materials, From natural vanilla to bitter chocolate. No natural flavourings, no preservatives, no vegetable fats except cocoa butter. Candied citrus fruits made by a Master Pastry Chef using only fruit and sugar, a time-honoured Ethiopian variety of Arabica coffee beans, headily fragrant red-brown cocoa, the finest Italian hazelnuts... and so on... We believe it would be madness to economise on ingredients: we want the very best and we only make things we know we will love. This philosophy has guided us for the last 20 years and the results speak for themselves. nly the finest raw materials...

These lovingly created combinations blend our chocolate with Italy s finest flavours. After 20 years of history and 2 years of research and testing we are proud to present our new White Chocolate and Orange Peel Cake, decidedly original and exquisitely fragrant.
