With chocolate, whipped cream and strawberry jam, it s undeniably delicious. CAKE 2 cups (00 ml) Robin Hood Original All Purpose Flour 2 cups (00 ml) granulated sugar ¾ cup (17 ml) cocoa powder 1½ tsp (7 ml) baking powder 1½ tsp (7 ml) baking soda 1 tsp ( ml) salt 2 eggs 1 cup (20 ml) milk ½ cup (12 ml) Crisco Vegetable or Canola Oil 1 tsp ( ml) vanilla extract 1 cup (20 ml) boiling water FILLING 2 cups (00 ml) whipping (%) cream ¼ cup (0 ml) icing sugar 1 cup (20 ml) Smucker s Pure Seedless Strawberry Jam ICING 1½ cups (7 ml) semi-sweet chocolate chips ¾ cup (17 ml) sour cream Fresh strawberries, optional Chocolate curls, optional 1.
