Cancellation Policies In principle the following is applied unless the booked reservation can be taken over by another party. - Up to 7 days before event: No costs - Up to 3 days before event: 50 % of the agreed costs - Less than 3 days before event: 100% of agreed costs Additional lunch or dinners will be calculated by multiplying the menu prices by the number of registered guests. No show meals will not be discounted. Payment Terms Payment is due within 10 days upon receipting the bill. Offer and annual rate changes We reserve the right to adjust the food offer to the season. Due to many changes in price and vintage we will tell you the actual prices binding the reservation.
