Healthy Hearts Walking Program January 16-March 20 Tuesday s & Thursday s 9 am 10 am Join us at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center for the Healthy Hearts Walking Program. No registration required. We will warm-up, stretch, and walk on the track. A party is held at the end of the session to celebrate our great success! *Senior Center Members may now use the track anytime the Rec is open for $1* Tai Chi Join us for Tai Chi, slow moving poses and low impact exercises that helps build balance, a healthy spirit, mind and body with Robb every Thursday at 10:30am at the Senior Center.
