A deposit of 50.00 per adult is required for those booking the New Year s Eve accommodation packages. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Food, where applicable, and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the requests for final payments. The final balance, payment for any drink pre-orders and meal preorder forms must be received by the Christmas Coordinator no later than Saturday 1 November. Exceptions will be made for late bookers.
