when the persn is t participate in an ff-site activity, such as camps and excursins, r at special events cnducted, rganised r attended by the Schl (eg class parties, elective subjects, cultural days, fetes, incursins). The Teacher in charge will immediately ensure that an ambulance is called using the schl s mbile phne, while at the same time, ensuring that anther ffice staff member takes the insulated bag cntaining the persn s Adrenaline Autinjectr, t the persn s lcatin. The call t the ambulance remains pen and the mbile phne is then taken t the lcatin f the persn having the anaphylactic reactin by the Teacher-in - Charge. The Teacher in Charge will ensure that a staff member trained in the Management f Anaphylaxis is with r is called t g t the persn immediately. Adrenaline shuld be administered by the persn trained in the Management f Anaphylaxis, fllwing the persn s ASCIA Actin Plan. T alert casual staff, a medical alert ntice will be displayed n the classrm dr where there is a persn with a serius medical cnditin, including anaphylaxis. The ASCIA Actin Plan fr each persn within the classrm, will be displayed inside the classrm, next t the telephne. Parents Parents f persns at risk f anaphylaxis will be given a cpy f the Schl s Anaphylaxis Management Plicy and this will be discussed with them during the initital SSG meeting each year.
