They have a CRISP and CRUNCHY texture and are about the size of a silver dollar. Each one has a unique personality of its own, just like a snowflake. Our cookies ship wonderfully and freeze well. If you prefer softer cookies, simply microwave a serving for a minute or so and enjoy fresh baked cookies. There are approximately 48 to a pound. We used to offer a number of different flavor choices, but over the years we have learned that more than 95% of our orders were for Chocolate Chip with Pecans, so that s the only flavor we are producing at this time..
