Rosabelle Manor is a Antebellum Style Manor originally built in 1903. There has been a complete renovation, but it still maintains an Old South ambiance with hardwood floors and vintage chandeliers. This metro Atlanta wedding venue also features a lush garden area canopied by 100-year-old oak trees. In our garden, you will find your way to your perfect Atlanta wedding. Classic Elegance Wedding Package Weddings and Receptions include catering. The food is buffet style and you choose your buffet menu. Payment Schedule There is a $2,000.00 deposit which is non refundable. The deposit can be made in one full payment at the time of booking, or four payments of $500.00 every 30 days until the $2000 deposit is paid. These payments are due every 30 days until the $2,000.00 is paid. If needed, part of the deposit will be rolled in to the monthly payments if 8 months or less are remaining. The remaining balance is divided the number of months left prior to your wedding, with the final payment due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
