If payment is not received by these dates, your booking will be treated as cancelled. No Refunds will be available in such circumstances. (8) Final Numbers must be given 7 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to charge fully for any reduction to that numbers in your party in the day. (9) Gratuities are at your discretion. (10) No admittance to the Party Nights or other Christmas Function to guests who have not paid in full. (11) All guests attending the parties must be over 18 years of age. (12) We require a food pre-order with your final payment. Failure to produce this may result in limited options being available on the day.
