THE RABBIT HOLE STORY Love & Whiskey Kaveh Zamanian As with all good stories, this one starts with a girl. I met Heather while living in Chicago. She introduced me to Bourbon, luring me away from my beloved Scotch. I fell in love with her and Bourbon at the same time, and for much the same reason: charm, beauty, elegance. She pulled me down a rabbit hole I might never have dared alone. America s Spirit Reclaimed Bourbon was a revelation. American to its core, genuinely ours, unlike anything else in the world. I had to be part of it. Louisville: Whiskey Experts on Every Street Built on tradition to create something proudly modern, the vision of Rabbit Hole captured the imaginations of some of Bourbon s best. They took their amazing understanding of what whiskey is and helped imagine what whiskey could be. They dove into the unknown, and didn t look back.

A custom-built 24-inch copper column still takes center-position, a point of pride for us and for the craftsmen who built it. Vendome has been crafting the most highquality copper stills since the early 1900 s. Kelvin Cooperage It takes a strong barrel to make a good whiskey, and ours are the best. They re crafted by Kelvin Cooperage, with its roots in Scotland and its heart in Kentucky s Bourbon Renaissance. Kelvin Cooperage chars their barrels with wood-burning fires as opposed to gas.
SPIRITS We made our first barrel of whiskey as we will make all others: from our own mix of carefully selected grains, the mash fermented in ideal conditions to preserve exactly the flavors and aromas we re aiming for, then distilled without compromise. Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey A four-grain mash promising spice and honey and a fresh apple breeze. A whiskey of remarkable maturity with spice on the front, vanilla and custard in the finish. Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey A bold 95% Rye Whiskey. A bright caramel amber color with thick legs that linger. Citrus with bright floral notes, herbaceous, black tea flavors with a rich sweetness and spice that gently take you to finish. Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in PX Sherry Casks We take Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a wheat mash bill, aged in alligator char. We transfer it to sweet Pedro Ximenez casks of Sherry. The resulting whiskey is refined balanced, with a hint of marmalade and a long, cascading finish. Rabbit Hole Cocktail Recipes The Manhattan 2 oz Rabbit Hole Rye 1 oz Cocchi Torino Vermouth 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters The Old Fashioned 2 oz Rabbit Hole Bourbon 1/4 oz (2:1) Demerara Syrup 2 dashes Orange Bitters Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with zest of orange. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir well. Strain over a large ice cube into a double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with zest of orange. The Blinker 2 oz Rabbit Hole Rye 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup 1 oz Grapefruit Juice 1 dash Lime Juice The Rabbit Hole Clover Club 2 oz Rabbit Hole Bourbon 1 oz Raspberry Syrup 3/4 oz Lemon 1 Egg White Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake well. Double strain in to a rocks glass with ice. Add grapefruit garnish. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Do a dry shake with no ice. Add ice to shaker and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh raspberries. The Boulivardier 1 oz Rabbit Hole Rye 1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth 3/4 oz Campari 1/4 oz St. Germain Joe s #3 11/2 oz Rabbit Hole Bourbon 11/2 oz Cocchi Torino Vermouth 3/4 oz Cynar 1 dash Maraschino Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir well. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a zest of orange. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with zest of orange. Louisville Mule 11/2 oz Rabbit Hole Bourbon Top with Ginger Beer Build drink over ice in mule mug. Garnish with lime & mint sprig. The Whiskey Sour 2 oz Rabbit Hole Rye 3/4 oz (2:1) Demerara Syrup 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 1 dash Aromatic Bitters 1 Egg White Add all ingredients to a shaker. Do a dry shake with no ice. Add ice to shaker and shake well. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
