IT S ALWAYS TEA TIME Book your next tea party down the rabbit hole! White Rabbit Cocktail Room is the perfect venue for an intimate gathering or a party of up to 100 guests. We offer a great selection of beer, wine, signature cocktails, and premium spirits, along with food platters planned and prepared by our in-house Chef. White Rabbit is open 5pm to 2am Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Additional days and trading hours are available on request. White Rabbit does not charge room hire for private functions, however a minimum spend fee does apply. Music Resident DJs play at White Rabbit from 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays, however, if you would like a DJ outside these times, we can supply one at an additional charge of $80 per hour. To secure your function booking, we require a $500 deposit, a signed copy of our terms and conditions and valid credit card details. Dress Code Tasteful fancy dress is welcomed but standard dress code applies after 10pm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation Your booking will be secured when a deposit of $500 has been received with a signed copy of this form within seven (7) days of your initial enquiry. Cancellation If a cancellation is made: two (2) weeks prior to the function, 50% of the deposit will be retained. less than two (2) weeks prior to the function, White Rabbit will retain the full deposit amount. White Rabbit reserves the right to cancel the booking if: any part of the venue is closed due to circumstances outside the establishment s control It becomes evident that the function may prejudice the reputation of the venue a deposit has not been paid by the due date.
Insurance/Damage White Rabbit does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of personal items before, during or after the function. The function organiser is responsible for any damage to the property during a function and is responsible for the conduct of the guests and invitees. Responsible Service of Alcohol White Rabbit employees are obligated to adhere to strict Responsible Service of Alcohol practices when providing beverage service to patrons. Management reserves the right to refuse service or eject troublesome or intoxicated guests. The function organiser is responsible for the behaviour of their invited guests. No food or beverages are permitted to be brought onto the premises unless prior permission has been obtained from management. Age Restrictions and Identification All guests must be of 18 years of age, or accompanied at all times by their legal parent or guardian. The legal parent or guardian must supervise the minor at all times. The minor must leave the venue at the same time as the legal parent or guardian. Minors are not permitted inside the venue after 10pm. Valid identification will be required for entry into White Rabbit.
