The Beverly Golf and Country Club FROM OUR CHEF Thank you for chosing the Beverly Golf and Country club for your event. It is our honour to assist you in making your wedding day as special as possible. The menus in this package contain a variety of items, and culinary styles, however, if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, we are more than happy to customize any menu selection, or create a menu to suit your needs and those of your guests. Frank Bedell Executive Chef MENU Our Food & Beverage Chris Wilson and Chef Frank Bedell will work closely with you in choosing your menu selection. Pepperwood Catering does not allow food and/or beverages to be brought on site during an event. You are welcome to bring your own wine; a corkage fee of $15 will apply. Banquet prices are subject to change without notice, and custom menus may be created and priced accordingly. GUARANTEED NUMBER Pepperwood catering requires a guaranteed number of guests 48 hours prior to the function date. In the event that the attendance is less then the guaranteed number of guests, the client will pay for the guaranteed number. Pepperwood Catering will allow for a maximum of 5% more than your guaranteed number of guests. Due to health and safety regulations, the client is not allowed to take food off the premises. ALCOHOL POLICY Pepperwood Catering adheres strictly to all LCBO regulations. For further details, please visit our website at www.beverlygolfclub.org CLUBHOUSE Pepperwood Catering must be advised of all entertainment being provided by the guest for functions. Also please advise us to the delivery time of any equipment being used at your function. A charge will be added to all functions having music with their event. This charge represents the SOCAN fee, which is now being levied by SOCAN. DEPOSITS Your Deposit is due no later then 7 days after tentatively booking the room. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. If the deposit has not been received by the due date, Pepperwood Catering has the right to release the space. All pricing is subject to 17% service charge and 13% HST. WEDDING & SOCIAL FUNCTION POLICIES Guests will be provided with an estimate of their expenditure one month prior to the function. Pepperwood Catering must receive payment of this amount one week prior to the function, either by cash, credit card or certified cheque.
