Three-night Christmas break Join us for your relaxing festive break! Christmas Eve Arrive for warming welcoming drinks and homemade cake by the fire. At 2.30pm we ll be offering a fun fly casting activity for all to join in with. In the evening join us for a festive drink in the bar prior to a five-course tasting menu dinner, all to be seated at 7.30pm. For those that would like to attend, Midnight Mass will be taking place at Lewtrenchard Church at 11.30pm (three miles away). Christmas Day An informal breakfast will be served in the hotel bar. Christmas Day service will be held at St Mary s Church in the village at 11.15am. Our traditional 5-course Christmas lunch is served in the restaurant followed by an afternoon of leisure; perhaps a walk around the village or more likely a traditional snooze after the Queen s Speech. In the evening we will be serving a buffet supper. Boxing Day After breakfast, the Lamerton Hunt meet in our car park at 11am for their traditional Boxing Day Hunt. Join the horses and riders before they set off. You will then have the rest of the day to spend as you wish. In the evening return to the hotel for our sumptuous five-course tasting menu. Booking terms and conditions Book early... Save 10% if you book by 30th September. We recommend that guests take out insurance against cancellation of their reservation. In this case if the policy guarantees a reimbursement to the hotel of the total cost of the booking we will only request a deposit of 100 per room at the time of booking and the remainder will be due upon departure. Proof must be provided to the hotel that such a policy has been taken out at the time of confirmation. Once confirmation of a booking has been received should the need to cancel the booking arise the full amount for the booking will be due unless the accommodation can be re-let, in which case a full refund less an administration charge of 50 will be made. If proof of a cancellation policy cannot be provided a deposit of 50% of the anticipated costs of the booking will be required on confirmation. The remainder of the amount due will then be paid to the hotel no later than 24th November 2018. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and the original deposit may be forfeited. The hotel reserves the right to change the advertised programme and menus at any time. No adjustment to the tariff will be made for any part of the package not taken.
