TERMS & CONDITIONS Christmas Parties - Linenhall Suite, Jospers and Linen Bar A non-refundable deposit of 15pp is required to secure the booking, this is due within 7 days of booking date. In the Bar and Restaurant there is a turnaround time of 2 hours for each booking with the exception of 7.45pm in the Linen Bar & 9pm in Jospers. As the Linen Bar is a public bar, we cannot reserve or guarantee seating in this area after your booking. Any booking not confirmed with deposit within 7 days will automatically be released. Food and Beverage Pre Order forms are included in the Christmas brochure or online at www.tensquare.co.uk or contact our Christmas Team directly on 02890 241001. Pre Orders and Final Balances are due 3 Weeks prior. Any changes made to the pre order or booking under 3 weeks prior will be subject to availability. Once full payment is made, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made. Christmas Day Carvery A non-refundable deposit of 20pp is required within 7 Days to confirm the booking. Final payment due 3 weeks prior. For those with allergies or special dietary requirements, please make staff aware of this on booking. Accommodation A credit card number is required on booking; this is used as a guarantee. Full Payment is required on arrival to the hotel, any extras added on throughout your stay will be charged on departure. Cancellation Policy: Please be aware Ten Square Hotel operates a strict 48hr cancellation policy, any rooms cancelled after this will be charged the full amount.
