Greek lamb kebabs with parsley salad, pita bread and yoghurt sauce. MAINS Grilled atlantic salmon with a fresh mango and coriander salsa. 250gr porterhouse steak with a mushroom sauce. Lamb cutlets on mash with a minted red wine sauce. Grilled chicken breast filled with roasted tomatoes, basil pesto and a white wine sauce. Curried roasted vegetable mornay in filo pastry and a side of tomato chutney. All mains served with potato and seasonal vegetables or chips and salad, bread roll, butter and condiments. DESSERTS Homemade individual pavlova and fresh berries and chocolate garnish. Upside down timtam cheesecake. Lemon and rhubarb tart topped with a lemon cream sauce. Individual apricot steamed puddings and brandy custard. Lemon meringue pie. All served with fresh cream.

Mushroom and spinach risotto garnished with crispy prosciutto and parmesan. Ploughman s plate; pate, terrine, cheese, quince paste and a selection of breads. Coconut crumbed prawns on petit salad, drizzled with a saffron aioli. Drinks person $100 for 3 hours (3 hour minimum) and $40 for every hour thereafter. Cloth hire $5 per table for white linen cloths. MAINS Whole roasted beef porterhouse filled with mushroom duxelle and served with a red wine sauce. Grilled atlantic salmon topped with avocado hollandaise. Chicken breast filled with pea and prawn mousse served with a herb sauce. Rack of lamb on sweet potato mash drizzled with a mustard sauce. Pork ribeye steak served with plum sauce and bokchoy. All mains served with potato and seasonal vegetables or chips and salad, bread roll, butter and condiments.
