The Courtyard Catering Menu
Things to Know When Booking Your Event In order to book a catering event, please submit a catering contract. This can be found on the last page of this menu or can be downloaded at www.sunyjefferson.edu/faculty student association. This document provides us with all of the information we will need to service the event and complete the billing process. Please note the following information when planning your event: We require two weeks advance notice for any catering event. We ask that when booking the event, you provide an estimated number of attendees so that we may plan accordingly. At least 3 business days prior to the event, we require a guaranteed number of attendees. All charges will be based upon the guarantee, or the actual number of guests served if greater than the guaranteed amount. We prepare enough food to cover a 10% overage; we will not have sufficient food to cover large increases in attendance over the guaranteed amount. Please contact the Facilities department directly to book the space for your event. They can be reached at (315) 786 2405. Minimum: Minimum: 25 for Lunch and 25 for Dinner 65 people for pastries Other important items to note: FSA has the right of first refusal for any catered event on campus. There is a $25 minimum charge for any catered event. Pricing may vary depending on menu choices. Costs for seasonal items vary. Allow 75 per guest for china; allow 50 per guest for linens. All dishes, cutlery, etc. must be returned to FSA; you will be billed for non returned items. Prices are for buffet service; waiter/waitress service is available for an additional cost. Items beyond our basic inventory (i.e. rental items) will be charged accordingly. Please allow 20 minutes before and after service for setup and cleanup; 30 minutes is needed for china and linen service. When school is not in session, there is a minimum requirement to book your event. FSA does not procure or provide alcoholic beverages for catered events. 2 P a g e
