Guide to Sampling Success.......................... Offering product samples is the most cost-effective way to advertise a new LTO! Since sample sizes are so small, you have the ability to reach more people for a fraction of the cost! Customers tend to be weary of trying something new, especially when they already have their eye on their favorite Port of Subs sandwich. However, by providing samples, you allow customers to test our new sandwich risk-free! If they like what they taste, they re more inclined to purchase the full-sized version of the product and suggest it to their friends and family! Who wouldn t love that?! To Execute: 1. Make a large Chicken Cordon Bleu -- Remember, this is your opportunity to wow customers and increase LTO sales, so this sandwich should demonstrate your ultimate master slicer skills! 2. Cut it into small sections -- You ll want to make sure that each ingredient is on every bite and that the sandwich remains in tact for customers to easily grab, so be careful not to make them too small. You won t want them too big either as you so don t want customers to get full on the free samples before they order their lunch! 3. Display prominently and suggestive sell Spring Catering....................................... The Grilled Chicken cooks in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds for a small portion (5 ), 45 seconds for a medium portion (8 ), and 75 seconds for a large portion (12 ). Note: Not all microwaves have the same wattage so times may need to be adjusted to ensure the Grilled Chicken is heated thoroughly. 2. Ask the guest on what type of bread they would like their Hot Sandwich prepared. Make sure to hinge the bread (vs. slicing all the way through as you would on other sandwiches). 3. Slice the appropriate number of pieces of Smoked Ham and place onto the bottom of the bread, ensuring it is placed flat and covers sandwich end to end (vs. folded as you would on other sandwiches). 4. Using tongs, place the heated Grilled Chicken mixture onto the Smoked Ham piece(s). 5. Slice the appropriate number of pieces of Swiss Cheese and place on top of the Grilled Chicken, ensuring it is placed square to the bread (vs. diamond shape as you would on other sandwiches). 6. Close the sandwich and place on the grill, using the metal spatula. Pull the top of the grill down and press the start button for the sandwich to cook for 45 seconds. 7. Using the metal spatula, remove sandwich from the grill and transfer to the middle. Starting at the top of the piece of bread, apply the Honey Mustard dressing on top of the Swiss Cheese using a zig-zap motion. Apply the dressing starting from the top and then going down the bread and then up again so it is evenly distributed. Then ask the guest if they would like any of the additional toppings. 8. Cut in half at an angle and wrap in one piece of foil.

Place the sandwich open faced onto a sheet of sandwich wrap and then place sandwich with sandwich wrap onto the cooking tray. With the Turbo Chef spatula, place cooking tray into the Turbo Chef oven. 7. Close the door and press the button for the 40 second cook time. 8. Carefully remove sandwich with the Turbo Chef spatula and transfer to the middle position. Using the metal spatula, remove sandwich from the grill and transfer to the middle. Starting at the top of the piece of bread, apply the Honey Mustard dressing on top of the Swiss Cheese using a zig- zap motion. Apply the dressing starting from the top and then going down the bread and then up again so it is evenly distributed. Then ask the guest if they would like any of the additional toppings. 9. Cut in half at an angle and wrap in one piece of foil.
