Formal Bowtie Pasta Chicken with Carbonara Sausage and a Green Salad with with Home Fresh Made Fruit Vinaigrette Side (for 2) (for 4) Prep: 1 2 In a large stock pot, bring 2 1/2 quarts of water to a boil. In a mixing bowl, whisk 1 large egg. Combine egg, 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup fresh grated asiago cheese, 2 tsp minced garlic, and 1/4 cup edamame. Peel 1/2 shallot and chop. 3 4 Boil the Pasta: Add 1 Tbsp. salt to now boiling water and add 6 ounces of spaghetti noodles to water. Reduce heat to medium high and set timer for 8 minutes. Drain the Pasta: 5 6 Check the spaghetti when the timer goes off, pasta should now be al dente. (firm to the tooth) Drain the pasta, but DON T RINSE the pasta.
