FUNC TIONS Operation The SIAMONIE makes life for you and your colleagues as simple as possible. Straightforward product selection considered from a customer perspective: You can choose from 10 large selection buttons or a functional touch display with clear picture defi nition. Both options offer you the possibility to store a variety of bespoke products. Selection Additional refi nement features provide individual options for each product. These can be saved as required to offer a variety of hot drinks to suit your own taste.
Dosage One machine, many possibilities: The Siamonie range offers portion sizes from 30ml ristretto up to 500 ml XXL-coffee. 34 freely-programmable drink selections are available with fresh milk or milk granules. Brewer The horizontal Hightech-PEEK-brewer can accommodate coffee throws from 6g 14g and boasts an insulated brewing chamber made from high-quality stainless steel. The brewer seals are hydraulically infl ated, which are not only hygienic but also virtually maintenance free when in daily use. Sielaff s pre-infusion technology provides the highest level of coffee pleasure within the shortest time. Dispense area Once a selection has been made, the hot drink is delivered via a double outlet or separate hot water outlet for those passionate about tea. Product dispense is fast and quiet. The dispense area is illuminated. Cleaning Fast cleaning is essential when the machine is in operation: The Siamonie s quick & easy cleaning process is automated, easy to use and the whole programme is completed in under 12 minutes including disinfection of the components.
