Why not make the most of your party and stay over in our stunning accommodation. The Christmas Party Night accommodation rate is from 99 single occupancy and 109 double occupancy including breakfast. Subject to availability The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. A table plan with food orders by table is required no later than two weeks prior to the event. If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. Under no circumstances are deposits part payments or full payments refundable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel. Provisional enquiries are held for 10 days, after which a 10 per person non-refundable deposit is required for all Christmas bookings. Final balance payments are due no later than 31st October 2018. Final balance is to be paid by the organiser by either cash or credit card as one payment. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate/cancel events due to numbers. All prices include VAT at the current rate. 100% cancellation charges apply once full payment has been received.
