person person Reception Package Pricing Dinner Only Classic Romance Over The Moon Sweet Simplicity $43.95 per $45.95 per $49.95 per person $56.95 per person Port Farms has a 100 minimum guest count for events. Should you decide to host your event on a Friday or Sunday, a discount will be applied. Included in your package: The Events Barn will be available for you to decorate the day of your event from 8 am until noon. The staff will have the room prepared to your specifications as outlined at the two-week appointment. Any changes to the layout or the need for additional tables or linens will incur a fee. Use of the Events Barn for your celebration for up to eight (8) hours total the day of your ceremony. This time includes set-up for your vendors (2 hours), 5 hour celebration and end of event tear-down (1 hour). Use of round tables, chairs, white or ivory table linens & napkins, china and flatware. Use of Gift Table, Entrance Table, Tea-Cart, Cake Table with linen, and DJ Table with linen. Bartending staff along with essentials - sodas, cups, ice, water and coffee. Booking Policy Rev.02/2016 Retainers/Pre-payments: A $1,000 non-refundable first retainer is due in order to book and secure your date. Fifty percent (50%) of remaining balance is due three (3) months prior to your event. Full payment is due two (2) weeks prior to your event date. Check, cash or credit card is will be accepted for final payment. Should you incur additional fees the day of your event, these fees will be due at your event s conclusion. Guarantee: A financial minimum will be agreed upon at the signing of the proposal and acceptance of your initial retainer. A guaranteed attendance for your event is required within fourteen (14) says of your event. You will be charged for that number, or the number of guests served, whichever is greater. Event Production Fee: A 15% production fee is applied to all charges prior to sales tax. The money collected from this fee is used to pay the wages for the catering staff, kitchen staff, chefs, servers, planners, managers and anyone who contributed to the planning and execution of your event. THIS IS NOT A TIP. Gratuities: There are no gratuities or tips included in this contract, however, they are greatly appreciated and totally at your discretion. RAMP Certification: Port Farms employs bartenders that have attended RAMP certification training offered by the PLCB. We reserve the right to make decisions on whether or not to continue serving a guest at one of our events. All guests who appear to be under the age of twenty-five (25) will be asked for Id to confirm they are of legal drinking age.
Food Tasting: Group tastings are offered on a pre-selected day and will take place at Port Farms. They are done by reservation only and the charge is $25.00 per person. Professional Meals & Kids (10 & under) Meals: Most vendors require that you provide them with a meal. We offer professional meals and kids (10 years of age and under) meals at 30% off the per-person price of the package you have selected. Please let us know how many discounted meals you will be providing at your final meeting. On-site Ceremonies and Rehearsal Fees: The cost for having your ceremony on-site is a $550 flat fee. A 1 ½ hour time for rehearsal is complimentary but must be scheduled in advance with Port Farms and must be held during specified hours. Please note access to barn during rehearsal will be limited to restroom use only.
